Recently, good result was made in IGRS standard international process. As base of interconnection among digital home equipments and services, one more international standard proposal of China IGRS, IGRS Base Agreement Standard, passed officially ISO/IEC JTC1 SC25 FCD voting, and became FDIS. FCD voting is the last phase in professional process, and also the most important phase of becoming international standard. It symbols China IGRS standard system was fully accepted by ISO/IEC.
