IGRS innovation result provides powerful support for future Zhongguancun independent innovation demonstration zone construction

Recently, President SUN Yuning, Beijing IGRS industry association participated High and new development zone future development potential research and discussion meeting held by The Economic Observer and Zhongguancun technology zone  association. Scholars and experts invited by many domestic area development and research institute were invited. They reached agreement with more experts in subject of two new organizations and high & new technology development area development prospect research and discussion meeting.

Leaders who participate the meeting include section chief GAI Yuyun, Zhongguancun scientific and technology zone management committee service section, XIN Wang, director of Economic Observation Research Institute, PU Yufei, vice chief researcher of State Information Center General Management Section, CHEN Xiushan, director of Renmin University of China Area and Urban Economy Research Institute, ZHU Xiduo, and vice president of Beijing Zhongguancun independent brand innovation development association standing committee. Four subjects are discussed. First is high & new development zone’s influence in stress the development and advance development. Second is development prospect of two new organizations and high & new development zone. Third is future prospect and location of high & new development zone. Fourth is solution of high & new development zone under current microscopic economic situation.

As important engine of area economic development, development and future situation of China development zone is exploration history that area and urban pursue new development space. With extension of urban function development, functions of development zone are toward compound. Development factors that influence development zone are toward complex and multi-element. Section director of Zhongguancun science and technology zone management committee service section mentioned a concept of development zone. Development zone mentioned here is generalized’, including economic technology development, high & new technology development, science and technology zone, and export trade processing area. Problems of development zone stood out. Now microscopic economic problems hide many area economies. People paid attention to microscopic economy, like Finance, revenues, industry. However, area and space problems are gradually fading. In fact, development zone problem is an area problem, space problem. So development zone should take an important role in stressing increase and developing vigorously and coming out of troubles of Chinese economy.

Private enterprise develops by way of technology innovation, system innovation and model innovation. For Chinese private enterprise system innovation, first is enterprise, profit organizations. Second is government, controlling public resources and policy. Second is non-profit organization, industry and association. The most representative IGRS industry association is non-profit organization. As standard organization and industry alliance of Zhongguancun science and technology zone, IGRS implements strategy of Walk out and bring in” to develop actively for constructing zone into global competitive new innovation center.

IGRS association takes innovation system as guarantee and IGRS as platform of joint innovation to develop technology advantages of IGRS alliance, and release products of proprietary intellectual property rights and tries new products sales model of brand integration and experiential marketing and promotes products industrialization. In 2008, IGRS became international standard and is award one of “2008 Zhongguancun Top Ten News”. Meanwhile, IGRS standard is selected as 2008 Beijing High & New Technology Industry Top Ten News. On July 28, 2008, China standard became officially ISO/IEC equipment accreditation international standard. In November 2008, one more international standard proposal of China IGRS, IGRS Base Agreement Standard, passed. It symbols China IGRS standard system was fully accepted by ISO/IEC, win right to speak for our enterprise in 3C-convergence technology field. Meanwhile, IGRS innovation result provides technological support for Zhongguancun development. In 2009, IGRS association will enhance international influence of members and association to promote IGRS internationalization progress.
