The Third Electronics Standardization Boost, also China Electronics Standardization Conference of 2010 was launched on December 3 in Beijing. At the conference IGRS won 2010 Electronics Standardization Leader Award again, and Doctor Sun Yuning, Chairman of Information Technology Engineering Center of IGRS obtained 2010 Electronics Standardization Outstanding Figure Award.

IGRS initiated the technical cooperation before the cross-industry competition of 3C (computer, communication and consumer electronics) industry, effectively promoted the development of next generations as the internet digital content, the network operation and the new-type service industry, enhanced the core competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in the international market, broke the traditional limits among 3C products and established 3C cooperative technical foundation.
