Recently, the IGRS Plenary Meeting 2011 themed on “IGRS, Building Intelligent Life with Mobile Interconnection Technologies” was held by IGRS Alliance in Zhenjiang, which attracted many IT leaders at home and abroad to conduct all-around discussion on new hot issues of smart city, promoting the construction of the smart city.
“Smart Zhenjiang” will establish an innovative pilot project based on the internet of things, tri-networks integration and mobile internet in the field of public transport, municipal pollution, city electricity, logistics and storage, education and training, medical service, smart community development etc, installing a large number of sensory terminals, building and improving smart transport, integral and public information system such as services on municipal general management, emergency linkage, digital community, medical and health service, online education, public logistics management and service to realize fine management, housing for everyone, universal health care and aged care facilities in Zhenjiang.
